Note: Preliminary Round performance schedule will be released at least 2 weeks before the competition date.

1. Validity
   • The 1-Day Pass is valid only for the event day. 
   • The 2-Day Pass grants access to both event days (available only for Peninsular Live Preliminary Round).
   • Any Day Pass grants access to enter any competition session for the whole day.
   • First come, first serve basis.
     
     
2. Day Pass Purchase & Entry with Wristband
   • Day Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by one holder per day pass.
   • A QR code will be received via email after purchase, which must be exchanged for wristband(s) at the Live Preliminary Venue’s Registration Booth.
   • Participants who are not competing in a specific competition session must have a Day Pass to view other competition sessions.
   • Due to seating limitations in some competition venues, standing is required if seats are fully occupied.
   • Each QR code can only be used once to redeem wristband(s):
     • A 1-Day Pass allows redemption of one wristband for the selected event day.
     • A 2-Day Pass allows redemption of two wristbands, one for Day 1 and one for Day 2 (only applicable for Peninsular Live Preliminary Round).
       
       
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
   • No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is made. Please check all details before purchasing
     
     
4. Event Rules & Conduct
   • Attendees must follow all event rules and venue regulations.
   • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is disruptive or violates competition policies.
     
     
5. Photography & Media Release
   • By purchasing a ticket, attendees consent to photography, video recording, and media use for promotional purposes.
